WHO: Perfect for parents of babies 0-5 months of age and expecting parents with a due date early on in the group. Note: ALL parents are invited, not just moms!

WHAT: We'll talk about topics like: ​

• Postpartum recovery - physical and emotional​

• Newborn characteristics, reflexes, communication

• Breast/Chest and bottle feeding

• Infant soothing techniques including baby wearing

• Newborn and infant sleep

• Returning to work

• Adding another sibling to the family and SO much more!

• There will also be plenty of time for questions and getting to know each other!!
