Covid-19 Information

I want to take a moment and let you know that I am here for you and providing Doula support during the COVID-19 pandemic. With some hospitals limiting labor support to one person during birth, most pregnant people will certainly choose a spouse or birth partner to be present, but I have been happily and successfully supporting those still wanting all the other services a professional Doula can provide during this uncertain time.

What does this look like? There are many options, and I am happy to discuss paths we can take, but in the end it is important we design a plan that works and feels best to you. For example, I now offer a pre/post birth education package - 2 prenatal labor prep sessions and 2 postpartum support sessions - to help with newborn and breastfeeding questions prenatally or once home.

I also know how important community and ongoing support can be, so I offer a weekly, virtual (in person if possible) New Parents Support Group for parents of babies about 0-6 months of age. Next group begins March 5, 2021.

For a general understanding of services I provide, please check out the package options, noting that currently activities are offered in a combination of virtual and in-person dependent upon the situation.

Remember: You are strong and capable and beautiful. You were made to do this and you CAN do this. I am here to support you however I can. Feel free to send me a direct email or fill out my online form here on the site and I will get back to you ASAP. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
